Diagnostics, policy and program design, project preparation, implementation support, evaluations, convening processes and research partnerships. We work as prime consultant or subconsultant depending on the mandate.

Both. We lead assignments where our capabilities are the core requirement, and join larger multi-firm engagements as a specialist partner where our sector or technical expertise adds specific value.
How do you approach quality assurance and fiduciary requirements?
Deliverables undergo internal peer review and senior technical review. We design our work to meet the fiduciary and safeguard expectations of multilateral and bilateral development partners.
Can IP3 provide verified references?
Yes. References from previous clients are available on request, subject to confidentiality agreements where applicable.
How quickly can IP3 mobilize a team?
