IP3 often offer a wide range of short, medium and long-term high-quality policy oriented research and information for policymakers through evaluation and comparative assessments of particular policy goals in developing countries and emerging markets. IP3 also carries out consulting assignments that provide explicit implementation strategy to meet particular policy goals, and sometimes even recommendations of policy strategies.
IP3 research topics are motivated by four broad overarching themes: Public Economics and Policy, Economics and Finance, Sustainable Development and Social Development. Ideas are engendered from an integration of variety of sources, including practitioners (internal and external experts), policymakers and funders. An exacting internal and external review process vets each research work for quality, timeliness, and relevance.
