Siban Shahana joined BIDS as a Research Associate in May 2011. She has completed her M.S.S in Economics in 2010 from University of Dhaka. Prior to joining BIDS, she worked as a lecture in East West University, Dhaka, Bangladesh and also served Policy Research Institute (PRI), Bangladesh as Research Associate. Her main area of interest is public policy.
